What are the stock gears?
What is the best bang when upping to 37s?
What are the lift options? Don't even want 4" of lift, very minor, maybe even a level type kit.
Green keys and OEM springs? Other options?

Stock gears: 4.10
Best bang for your buck on tires, IMO, BFG ATs. I put 76,000 miles on mine and still had prolly 10,000 miles of street tread left.
Cranking the torsion bars alone would be the cheap way to level ($0), but, IMO, it makes it ride like sh!t. I would recommend the Cognito UCA leveling kit. If you want more than that, crank the torsion bars a tad and put some spring spacers in the rear. That plus the 37s will put you slightly higher than stock...and give you a more aggressive stance.
You'll prolly want new gears and a tune after stepping up to 37s.
