On the other end I didnt imply (from what I thought) to allow more illegals into the USA. This "plan" would be to stop it, well not stop it because no "plan" is fool-proof but it would stop about 90% after the wall is built. Agreed?

Better understood now.
I don't know if there is a "right" answer. We would not have had the railroad boom without all of the illegal Chinese labor in the 1800s. That was instrumental in the growth of the U.S.
Doesn't make it right though.
Maybe just let them stay on a "work towards citizenship visa" with a higher federal tax.
