Just got back from Belize City, Belize. Belize City makes 'third world' seem like something to aspire to. Deteriorated buildings,high unemployment,AIDS, drugs, crime, and narrow dusty streets. Imagine my shock as I round a corner in my rented Chevrolet Tracker, and almost head-on a Pewter H2 with consular plates!
