C'mon now, biscuits and gravy, and grits are hardly haute cuisine. There is a wider of choice of food in England, granted not all is good, and the quality of supermarket food is better. But they don't have the portion sizes right, just not big enough
They missed out Jam Roly Poly and Spotted Dick. At School Dinners (restaurant in City of London), you can get waitresses dressed as school girls to spoon feed you jam roly poly, hum-hum
