How long had you been exercising and eating right before you saw results? Did you have a personal trainer help you set up a plan? I am just curious as I have been playing around on my own for about 6 months and have seen a slight difference but I need to look darn good in a bikini by August for a trip to Maui. My only weakness is ice cream. Any tips?
