Monkey, do you have your order number from the dealer? If so, you can call Hummer customer service (1-800-732-5493) and they can tell you when your truck has been built. There is also a "target production week" and an "estimated shipping date." If you have the order number, they can tell you all this info. Once it has been shipped, only the dealer can keep you updated.
This is my problem: Mine was built on 5/27, but has not been shipped. It is on some type of hold, and nobody can tell me anything! Only the dealer can access this info, and he's not talking! I can only assume that it must be bad news that he doesn't want to share. So he just tells me he will check on it and refuses to call me back. I am so FRUSTRATED!
The customer service people have been very helpful. If you can get that order number, at least you can get some info. Good luck!
