The attorneys will probably argue that the shooting was provoked and therefore self defense. Being a juvenile, she will only get a slap on the wrist and a couple of years. He then will be back out on the streets with her all too soon. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
She would be tried as an adult automatically in PA if she is charged with conspiracy.
It will be hard to claim self defense in a double homicide and the fact that he brought the gun to the house from his own.
It will be interesting to see what happens.
