Those work in the fact that they will add HP but I am not sure that it is a true 30HP, but you will see an increase in take off power, mpg, and overall response of the vehicle after installation.. If you want to complete that there are other things you can add as well, intake, exhaust, mass air flow sensor, tb bypass, etc... But that would be a good buy...
