I have 200 acres with various topography and it's just gets old. You need built in terrain and a good bit of acreage to have any extended fun.

yeah, you may well be right. my families farm (of which i'm one of the co-owners with my other siblings) has given me immeasurable pleasure this summer, but once the last rock pile is done, i'll be out of unconquered obstacles.
To be honest, i'm simply afraid of the last handful of rockpiles, but with some really industrial UCP i might work up the courage.
But that land is several hours away, and its a couple of hours to the nearest OHV park, and it amounts to very narrow prarie trails with basically nothing hard at all, but many trees wishes to gouge my paint.
And i just have this vision of daily steam-blowing-off.
But you are probably right.
