What's The Best Tow & Jerk Strap To Get.
Which brand do you guys carry in your rig for pulling and jerking out stuck rigs? Any one supplier on line to recommend?

I've been using a RedArt BEARD recovery strap, 3" by 30 feet. Great strap.

Re: What's The Best Tow & Jerk Strap To Get.
the 30,000 lb rope is the sweet spot for mid size trucks I think. It's strong enough to jerk the chit out of someone if you need it, but still has the flex to absorb the hard shock instead of your frame and hardware, not to mention that it has the elasticity to harness the energy initiated by a head start and make it work for you.

Agreed, the 27K to 30K straps are the sweet spot for the H2 and H3.

That strap from Trail Duty isn't just a tow strap, it's a true recovery strap that stretches out like a rope, is good for 30k lbs, is a lot less expensive than a rope and it rolls up and stores in less space than the ropes.

I'll get the opportunity to try it out next weekend, heading up to Grayling for the snow run. Should be a good test.
