Does anyone have the KenneBell twinscrew type? I'd love to get some input. I believe the whipple is similar, but I'm not sure. I'd love some more "reliable" power... What do you guys suggest?

I don't have any knowledge or experience with kennebell, but he's a Ford guy . I hate ford , and I hate they're cars. But what I do know is that althought whipple makes an AWSOME product, it took them a little while to get they're H2 running properly, same thing with the other companies, however the Magna works flawlessly in my experience. I know a number of people with Magnacharged vehicles and they've all had much luck with them. Cheaper then the whipple, and a much simpler install. Just my .02 at 4 AM .

Grim...
I couldn't fine the Magna cheaper than the Whipple anywhere. I got my whipple on order for just over $4,000.00.
I also think both SC's are about the same with reliability and performance. Whipple seems to have it ironed out.
I DO agree with your Ford comments. I had a Mustang and WILL NEVER do that again.

There are a lot of great kits out there but very often when a Mfg puts a new application out, there are a few "bugs". Kenne might make great SC's but I'd go with a company that already has the H2 bugs worked out. Whipple seems to have it licked as well as Magna.
Just my .02 ...good luck with whatever you get...and I'll let you know how my Whipple goes.

I opted to put the Magna Charger on my H2. Eaton Corporation appointed Magnuson Products, Inc. as their sole representative distributing Eaton Superchargers to the automotive aftermarket industry. Eaton is a very respected company.
Also I like how the Magna Charger uses different fuel injectors, an additional fuel pump, is intercooled, and comes with a good warranty.
I have had no problems with my truck since I installed the Magna Charger. The power is unbelievable.

I have the Whipple on my H2 and my 454 Suburban and they have been very reliable with great performance.

Interestingly, my LPE rig has a KenneBell Booster pump. I used many of their products to get my V6 into the low 10's.
BTW, KB has been known a a Buick company for years. After all, that is what they began with in '68.

Whipple and Kenne-Bell oth use a twin screw supercharger. Whipple has been oing the GM vehicless from the egining an Kenne-bell started wih the Ford. Kenne-Bell has just started getting into the GM market with the kits. They also replace the injector like the Magnacharger. Whipple works great on the H2 ut you will nee the programmer to help with the torque management. I on't think the others have worked that out yet.
I had a customer run an Intercooled Magnacharger and a Whipple on the dyno and the Whipple made 36 more HP with less boost. But all 3 companys make good products.

No need to say sorry. Kenne-Bell has made good products for years.
The Buick stuff he started with and now with the upercharger kits Jim Bell has mnmade a difference in the industry.

Dag-on-it, I was trying to be sarcastic with the "sorry" line. That's why I copied their web site history. Sarcasm is difficult over the www .
No Fords mentioned there. You folks kill me...
Anyway, the KB site says 40-60% hp increase. I may be wrong, but that seems to be the number claimed by most companies. Just keep in mind that the perf. results are usually not based on ONE mod only. It is typically necessary to install all the other garbage on their rigs to get similar results.
Do not let yourself get fooled. Keep asking questions NSXer. This is what makes this site so great.

Most are going to claim 50% increase. It is a good number to go with but you will need to take out the torque management.
