Default Inside aspirator temperature sensor replacement

I have a over head aspirator temp sensor that has been buzzing for a bit and is getting louder. Has anyone changed one? I have a sunroof and am hoping it is possible to just drop the front drivers side corner of the headliner and replace the sensor?

Yup, pop the grille off with a small flatblade. remove the a pillar trim panel. Use a skinny arm to reach under headliner and replace sensor. Usually end up with what looks like a rash on your arm cause its tight but is possible, done many that way
