Hello,

I am at the point where I really need to focus on purchasing an extended warranty if I am going to do so.

My question is if it is worth purchasing or if the H2 is reliable enough to not have to worry about purchasing an extended warranty.

I have found one through Continental Warranty for approx $2300 that covers up to 100k miles and 6 years (at this time that would equal 3 additional years since mine is an 03 H2).

Any feedback/input on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Depends on when You by it and Your personal financial situation.
The newer the rig usually the less extened costs if You negotiate hard.
I got 72 months 72,000 miles bumper to bumper for $1575.00 when I bought the extended when I bought the rig. It also pays to buy it from the dealer late in the month when they need to get the income numbers up.

If you are putting on a SC as you questioned in another post, forget the extended warranty. It will be practically worthless with a SC under the hood.
