I saw a few at the Hummer dealer yesterday. Otherwise ebay.
We cannot forget the vendor's who support the forum... check them first.

Maybe a Folger's can, some duct tape, and a can of spray paint?

Re: "h3" chrome exhaust tip ?
The cheap ones are generic. Go to a muffler shop and get a good quality double wall have it tacked on so when you do this and it gets flattened it won't come off. Except it will be on the other side.
Then cut the muffler off and run a mandral bent pipe with turn down up high like it was on the other side.
This is the muffler you are going to remove, the big one, that "little" one in the back is the cat off a 95 Dodge Cummins Diesel.
Orr you could just not buy a chrome one to begin with.
Just being silly.
Oh you could mount a fake one on the other side.
Its been a long day.................
