Setting this poll up for OLE YLLR

What color is your H2?

(Sorry, couldn't add White or Sage Green as it
only allowed me to do 5 entries, so I combined the 'rarer' colors to one).

I wouldn't think Black was rare. My dealership said the two most popular colors they have sold has been Pewter and Black.

Looks like Pewter is winning by a big margin.

The black is nice, but if you want to see all the cool detail....white is the way to go.

My friend has a black one and when they saw mine in person they did not realize how cool the simplest things such as the "H2" on the door looked or how much you notice the door handles antenna, the cool black straps...etc.

They are now ordering a white one for the wife because she flipped when she saw it! She said they were "rare" to see as well and very impressed with it's presentation...white makes anything look bigger!!!

just my two cents...

When I had a white car, I also noticed you don't see the fine scratches in the paint that you would see in darker colors..

With the big black tires and the wheel well area, I think black blends best.

My sales guy said Pewter and Black are really hot. I don't begrudge anyone their color choice, but I personally would never drive a white car, I just don't like the way they look. I have now seen the H2 in person in every color. I thought I would like the green, but I don't. The yellow H2s don't do anything for me, I think all the commercials turned me off, plus it's the same color as all those XTerras everyone drives. The black seems too common, plus it doesn't have the wow factor that I like in a paint job. I like the red, but the orange is really the only color that I 'loved' outright. Had it not come in that color, I would have considered a custom paint job.

Well, I can tell you that in Houston, Texas white is not a good color to have if you have to park outside all the time. I had a lifted white Chevy Z-71 truck that I had to park outside when I went to work downtown due to the 10" lift and 39" Swampers. Well after several months I began to notice orange specs in the white paint due to the wonderful air quality we have here. These spots would not come off and began to eat my paint. A buddy of mine had a green truck just like mine and he would park next to me. Due to the dark color, the orange spots were not even noticeable.
