Default h2 aftermarket cd/dvd/navigation hookup

i know nothing about stereos, i recentley bought an KENWOOD DNX6160, it is a double din and that is about all i know on hooking it up, the only people i have trying to tell me what i need to hook it up are the salesmen, can anyone here tell me what i need such as harnesses and adapters i need? any info would be greatly appreciated, also i bought 2 dvd players built into the headrests, how hard are theese to install.
thanks for any info, jlit
IT IS FOR AN 2007 H2 SUT, IF I KNEW HOW TO GO ABOUT THE RESEARCH I WOULD NOT ASK, ANYWAYS I WOULD LIKE TO SPEND AS LITTLE MONEY AS POSSIBLE (POOR GUY WITH BIG TRUCK PAYMENT) I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE FACTORY CHIMES AND WARNINGS BUT WOULD LIKE TO KEEP STOCK SPEAKERS AND AMP UNLESS I NEED THEM, I DID BUY A FACE PLATE AND A ANTENNA CABLE BUT THAT WAS AS FAR AS I MADE IT, AS FOR THE STEREO THE SPECS ARE
in-dash DVD/CD player with internal amplifier (22 watts RMS/50 peak x 4 channels)
6.1" touchscreen
built-in Bluetooth for hands-free calling
fits double-sized (4" tall) dash openings
built-in memory for navigation with maps of Canada, USA, and Puerto Rico
Audio/visual features:
plays DVD, DVD-R/-RW, DVD+R/+RW, CD, CD-R/RW, and MP3/WMA/AAC files on disc
plays JPEGs on CD, DVD, or USB
3-band EQ with six preset tone curves
dual-zone operation
Expandability:
works with with Kenwood iPod adapter, HD Radio™ tuner, and satellite radio
inputs: USB input, front-panel A/V input, rear-view camera input
outputs: A/V output; 6-channel preamp outputs (front, rear, subwoofer)

best advice is to go to the manufactures website and start there.

you do realize you arent giving us a ton of info here, plus asking us to do all your research.

year and model of car ( assume it is a H2, but never know with kids now adays)

doubleDin will fit, but might need a face plate
harness- there are many options out there. do you want to keep the door chimes and onstar option?
expect to pay about $100 for the harness
you keeping the stock speakers?
you keeping the stock amp to power the speakers?
you running a sub?
you running an aftermarket amp?

most places will charge about $100 to $150 to install the deck.. might be able to get a better deal witht he deck and DVD player/headrests.. i would give that some consideration as opposed to doing it yourself with no experience. getting it to work is one thing, but having it look sloppy or professional is another.
