Default Simply Sunday

Good morning/afternoon everyone!

It's a beautiful Fall morning here. I am fixing coffee and bangin on the keys reading all of your crap.

Today, I am planning on cleaning my car and doing laundry. They are having a big huge furniture sale today (imagine that ) so I am going to go look and see if some home theatre seating is lower than it was last week and get it- maybe. I think you pay a lot more for the cup holders than anything, I can find comfier and cheaper with out it. I dunno.

What's everyone up to?

"A" is at her Grandma's house. So we just have "that baby" today. I think I will run behind her most of the day picking up Cheerios and cleaning the house. Tomorrow is trash day. Will try and pick up sticks in the yard for the trash men to get. While I watch the race I will start putting the Christmas stuff up, that is my goal for this week is to get everything up, but the tree. We will do that in a few weeks. I need to finish doing my Christmas shopping, this is the first year I have even started before thanksgiving, so I'm feeling really good about it.

I feel your pain regarding "that baby" Mrs.....my tornado has been up since 6 and the house looks like crap.

I think I did something incredibly stupid today. Told hubby to go out and get himself an XBox 360 (Target has a really good sale on them today). He's not interested in the PS3 (thankfully). But I guess I can chuck anyone remaining chores he used to do out the window now, huh? I'll just use it for collateral tomorrow, we're heading to the outlet mall in San Marcos, I think I can clean out the Nine West store pretty darned good.

So, I'm just waiting until the weather warms up a bit now. I have all my winter plants ready to go in, I need to clean out my summer beds. But it was in the low 40s last night and it's too darn cold to go play in the dirt right now. Plus I have to watch the boy until hubby gets back.

Last night was awesome. We have a neighbor I HATE, the guy gets drunk in his garage with his buddies and will run into the street howling at 3 AM. Anyways, the guy bleeds orange, huge UT fan, I mean HUGE. So it was awesome to see his drunk buddies go home at 10 last night with their tails tucked in. HA HA! And seeing #5 booted gives me even higher hopes to see Rutgers move into the top 10 in BCS!

Today is a good day.

Well seeing as we washed and waxed all of our vehicles yesterday, cleaned up the house and got groceries, I really have no idea what we are going to do today. Actually that is a lie. We are going to sit around and watch all of the football games and hopefully see Jr win at Phoenix and take the points lead. Going to make some breakfast here in a little while once the wifey gets up. She doesn't mind being woken up for breakfast but not before 8 am so I have about 2 more hours to wait.

Later this afteernoon I am going to take some of my dive tanks over and have the yearly visual inspections done to them and then since I have tomorrow off we are going to hit a couple of dives.

Had another fun day at Paragon! It was so cold though. Got down to 38F with wind and rain. Blech. It's late now, not really much else left to do today.

Excellent...a 1, 2-2's & 2-3's

No damage to speak of, other than a tie rod nut falling off in route to wally world. The weather was great, 29* & frost in the early AM, got up to 50* as the day went on. GOOD wheel'n weather.

The accomodations at Panther Valley Ranch were a good choice, also. Only about a 2 minute drive to the park. Bonfire pits, gas grills, kitchens, cable TV in every unit. All around it was a neat little quite place.

The park wasn't crowded at all...maybe 20-25 other trucks. We ran every trail we could get the H-1 down...some of them are very narrow.

All in all it was a great event....
