Why would they put a swing out spare rack on the rugged? I would think that they could make the factory spare mount work even though it has to be higher due to the winch bumper.

probably too much weight on the sheetmetal. They need a steel tube support system to hold that thing.
Plus it would be a bitch to open

The rugged was Awesome looking, I too noticed no fuel filler cap. Maybe Solar , as as far as accessories the betty with the fun bags would really set off the rugged nicely. Will most likely set off many of use also
