I have a left front side marker lamp (LED) that is above the left front wheel well. It is flashing rapidly right when I turn on the 2003 H2. It keeps flashing, sometimes stops flashing for a brief moment and starts again. Can't really figure out if there is a pattern or not as the flashing is so fast, stops, starts again...
More details:
The right front sider maker turns on when the car starts and immediately goes out when I remove the keys. All the other LEDs around the car do the same. The left front flashes and only stops flashing and goes out when the headlights turn off. (which is after all the other LEDs had already turned off)
Is this simply the LED going bad or trying to signal something else? To replace the LED, you have to buy the entire enclosed unit for $100..which is OK if that's really the problem here. I went thru the fuses in the engine compartment (the small 10, 15 and 20's) to see if they were bad and they looked ok.
Any ideas?
