Its a cool old house ,somewere to go for a quick get-a-way.
I did a little target practice with the 30-30 rifle,it nice to be able to shoot on your own property.

CCMDoc is that a campground or privite property were you were shooting.
What part of Ny ?

Mr. I - Man House was only $30.000 in 1999 w/4 acres
It had a huge barn in the back, it fell down a few years ago

Private property - my family's. My grandmother and her 7 children (with their spouses) bought an old boarding house with 2 barns and 80 acres in 1963. My grandmother and most of my uncles and aunts have passed away but my dad and I, cousins and their children try to keep the cusoms and their spirits alive. We have been camping in that very same spot since about 1966. The fields were once clear with fieldstone walls surrounding and we fight every year to drive back the second growth to those walls - you can see how unsuccessful we are. My cousin and I built that lean-too/shack about 25 years ago using only ax-chopped trees and wood/tin from one of the barns which had collpsed about 30 years ago. Now chainsaws help to keep the fires going.

Everyone of the kids thought the Hummer was "Cool!" and impressed with it's off-road prowess.

Cool pics! What kind of mount do you have for your camcorder? I was wanting to have a mount up by the top of the windshield.

I have a digital camera(w/vid) velcroed behind my matchbox H3.

I leave it there on trips for quick shots, like this shot of the deer at the beach

The house is in Bainbridge about 30 miles from Binghamton.
We go up there every couple of months, not this upcoming winter my mother in law is winterizing the house this year instead of keeping the heat low(no ones there).
Probobly wont be up again till march
