I heard or read that if you shoot the bird inside the vehicle it is not against the law because it's protected against the first amendment but if you shoot the bird at someone outside the window it is because it is an illegal turn signal.

Anywho, the A - hole got what he deserved.

I'm in the field... (rather not say what city in Colorado.. but its a busy one).. Anyways.. I've written people for that violation (finger).. It is a stretch for a harrassment charge (works).. But I like to write em for improper hand signal given.

Should I give them a description of your snowpants? You might get cited for improper bulge signals.

not for spotting badly but definatley for wearing bright orange pants

and doesn't the person driving have to be listening to and following the person spotting for it to be considered bad spotting...

Hey, Lance, I live right next to Nuevo Laredo, I don't think an H2 would survive there for too long. There's about 5 car jackings a day, not to count the auto thefts. I'd also be afraid that the AFI might take a liking to my H2. I'd say it would be suicidal to drive around in an H2 in Nuevo Laredo, so when I go there I take my 93 nissan. Congratulations on your H2 in Cabo San Lucas.
