Did you actually look at the wiper module? I'd bet it can be fixed for free, probably has come corrosion tracks shorting it out on the board. Do a search, i've listed details on it in multiple posts.

I find it hard getting people to respond and even ship outside the US its so frustrating as i would buy other items ,,,being a Scot living over here and being able to speak the local lingo i get asked by many people if i can get parts etc ,,,Hummers are popular here even the local police drive Hummers well the police in the city of Prague ,but privite clients there are many but parts are a problem and 5 times more exspensive ,,so buying from the US would be great
