Default hood removal

Anyone have a way for 1 person to remove the hood?

From another forum:
"The hood is super easy to take off and will make your life easier. There are holes in each half of the hood hinge. You need 2 pins that fit in these holes. The pins hold the hinges in a fixed position.

This is a quick and dirty explanation, but:

Pick a good place to set the hood down
Unbolt the brushguard (if equipped)
Pop the plastic cover off the front lower portion of the hood
Disconnect all wiring
With 2 people, disconnect the hood cables while you hold the hood
Now you can line up the holes in the hinges and put the pins in.
Remove the hood bolts
Grab that puppy good and lift it off"

Did you figure it out for one man removal?

I couldn't ... without rigging up a "hoist" to the ceiling.

With 2 people it's not too tough.
