Oooo New kryponite part
Not sure exactly how new but it's within the last several days...
Says coming soon as well as Sold out.... not sure how that works but whatever.
Is there even a need to replace our center link, would this even work on our trucks? Never heard of anyone here breaking or bending their center link....

Re: Oooo New kryponite part
I don't know how many saw but Rare just had a recall on the tie rod ends...the inner pieces with the joint. DMaxStore sent me an e-mail and an attached PDF from Rare and I got new pieces sent to me in 3 days and they give you $50.00 for the trouble.
Anyone with Rare/Kryptonite parts might want to check theirs to see if they're subject to the recall.
And 'Sold Out' and 'Coming Soon' is probably so you don't try to order something they don't have yet.

Does the center link bend?...I would say so:
If you do not wheel your rig you do not need the stiff center link or even upgraded tie rods for that matter. If you do wheel your rig, upgraded tierods are essential. PhilD(goolge his name and Hummer if you do not know where to find him) was running a beefed up center link and i had a conversation with him about it, but cannot remember the result. You can find futher banter on this topic here:

I it is my experience that the offset of the rim has much to do with the centerlink bend.

Re: Oooo New kryponite part
The exaxt kit is preferred over the kryptonite centerlink kit.

BossHoss,
Who is that picture of? I think I've seen that truck (and that picture) on *******Club. I believe he might have sold it, though.
Edit: I guess it censors when you write another Hummer website. Interesting...

I had sold it back a few years ago. however, the guy that bought it from me took that truck to the next level and still wheels the hell out it.
and yes, The farther out your wheels, the more stain you put on the front end components. The Exaxt center link and Krypto tierods are the way to go if you plan to wheel your rig hard. very hard. However I have not seen a center link go yet??? Maybe someone else has. A worthy upgrade IMO though. That idler/ pitman support kit I feel is not really worth it. I know 3 people that have that kit and still went through their idler/ pitmans. Replace them with Moog's.
