Has anyone changed a suspension air bag?
My husband was being a good guy and was changing my boring exhaust for a flowmaster when the freshly cut muffler hit the air bag and cut a nick in it.
We looked at it and just aren't sure if there is only one bolt on the bottom and the clips on the top, or if there is more to it than meets the eye.
Anyone got any advice?

oooooommmmmmmgggggg
Be Nice! He was only trying to help. Is he still alive? Poor guy! Did you cut his hands off or take away his power tools?
It's only an airbag. An airbag on a brand new truck. OMG cut off his hands! Off with his head! Oh wait, maybe just ask him to pick up a new bag and change it out. I watched them change both bags on my 03 and it wasn't too bad. I bet uncle DRTY could come over and give you a hand. Oh wait, being under a truck with DRTY may be a bad thing.
good luck.
Tim.

Maybe, but I know you'll be singing it all day!
BTW, the dealership parts counter is not open on Saturdays, and we couldn't find one anywhere else in town yesterday. The above link is excellent. The airbag comes out without any tools. It's very simple, and shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to install once we get one. Kinda sad to see the new rig sitting in the shop on stands.
And Tim, he's still alive. I couldn't hurt my mechanic! Besides, he was more upset than I was, so all I did was leave the vicinity.
