Does my 08 have an External Tran Cooler?

I'm not in the same city as my truck right now so I can't run out and check. Does my 08 have an external tran cooler or the same faulty one as the 07 and earlier.

If not I'd like to buy one but I'm not sure which one of these Tru-Cools would be best. The vehicle is primarily kept in palm springs which sees 100+ temps for months straight. But I also take it to chicago one a year where it can see sub zero temps. Any advice would be great!! Thanks
