So I had a friend who was looking to get rid of a KVH Tracvision (a rex-ep)
sat for EXTRA cheapn(brand new still in sealed box) and I jumped on it. Hell, I have some stock in the company, might as well support my investees! So being a typical H2 owner I upgraded the in dash (non flip out) 6' Kenwood monitor i had bf for the newer kenwood which I replaced the old one with(the newer 6.9 in version) with more pixels. One of the main reasons I stayed with Kenwood is you don't have to trick the bastard into playing DVD's whild driving..etc. (not unlike pioneer where you have to flash the headlights 8 times, get in and out of the truck, and wave your "I'm stupid flag around three times! " before the monitor would work while moving.Kenwood is like, "If you can handle the FRIGGAN radio and drive, don't expect us to pay for the herse if u f*&k up." My sentiments exactly! if your too stupid to pay attention to the ROAD as a 1st priority then U
should not have the piece! Anyway, the tracvision is in my opinion a great investment, especially if you have kids. I only found problems when going throug thick overhanging trees and extremely tall buildings. My advice, if your finances are on par, time for some really cool upgrades.
PS. I also ordered the defender works rear tailight guards and installed them today. Defender woprks still impliment the dammed double stick tape, but the craftmanship and effort on them puts the factory to shame, even with the 2006 hummer bolt on design!
