We got a little rain yesterday and I was astonished how those 33's fling mud!!! Wow!!After just two blocks thru a 20 mph construction zone the rig looked like I'd been playing in a mud pit. Gotta get flaps before the paint is blasted off the doors! From what I see, they oughta be standard.

I hear ya. Going through small puddles in Dallas when somone has the sprinklers going (seems that's the only wetness we get here!) the sides of my H3 were dirty. Since the flaps install, the splash has been kept to a minimum.
We did have a good storm a couple of weeks ago that I got my H3 super wet. It was fun and had mud all over the place. H3 took it all like a champ.

Ditto to your comments. I think they were almost designed to fling mud like crazy. I have the mud flaps all around and can't imagine what the H3 would be like without them. However, last time it rained and I went down my dirt road I let the mud stay on it for a few days because it really made the little guy look extra tuff, like I had been 4-wheeling thru mudholes for weeks. Of course, then once all that chlorided road base dried, it took forwever to soak it off the wheel wells and undercarrige!

LOL The same thing happened to me driving home from the dealer the day I bought it and every rainy day since. It sprayed mud top to bottom; rocks too! Kinda scary on such a new vehicle. Hey, am I the only guy getting checked out by the chicks in this H3? They love it! Hell, even a guy in a H2 gave me a big wave and a thumbs up. Hope it was for the truck! LMAO Anyway, having dealer install mud flaps on Friday and just put on a nice spare tire cover yesterday. Husky floor mats and chrome front grill letters due in this week too. Will post pics when all are installed. Oh, I added a pic of the spare tire cover but it's not on my H3.

What a bunch of wimps. Skip the mud flaps and get that thing dirty.
Ooooorrrr, you could do what I do:
Leave the truck in the garage.

I personally like the H3 when it's dirty. It looks like it was meant to be that way.
BTW, has anyone used this stuff??

I had to put them on mine. I don't go off road, but I live in the road construction capital of the world. My dealer wanted $215 installed. I ordered them from Lynch. Took me about 1/2 hour to install. They really help!
