H3 roof lights? Tinted?
Hey guys just went a test drove a H3 again. It seemed a lot better this time around! I got a longer time with the truck, and really got a good feel for it. I like it a lot! Well I love the lights that are optional on the roof (the ones with the 5 orange lights) My girlfriend hates the orange color though. I have seen some where, someone changed them to a black tint and it looked really awsome. does anyone know where to get this tint for the lights? and if so how hard is it to do? thanks

Try Ebay. Or use the spray on stuff. Just be aware that the lights will look purple when they're on......which looks ghey.

Re: H3 roof lights? Tinted?
They will only look purple until you replace the bulb with a brighter one. There are a couple replacement sets for the H2 out, but I haven't seen any available for the H3 besides that one in Japan and I thought his melted.
You could niteshade them I guess... or tell your g/f to suck it up and learn to love cab lights for what they really are.

What ARE they....?
I thought they were hideous until I realized that if I carried my two kayaks on the roof, the cab lights might light them up really cool at night........

lol purple lights..... that is really ghey.....
WHY have them if your gonna cover them up.
As of a matter of fact, here, its kinda trendy with all the beer drinking, John Deere kinda fellows, and they all have good looking women that have all their teeth.
Them j**p fellows always settle for second best...

Smoked cab lights are still perfectly functional. I don't know what you think they are...

I already did but I didn't like the look so I put the stocks back on. But they were still perfectly functional, so let's not mix that up.
