Default For Christ's sake....

My 7th (or is it 6th?) recirculate actuator just broke, this all in about 2.5 years time.
Also on 3rd Hvac Headunit...

That's a drag, I don't think mine has every worked since I bought it. Even on recirc I smell the manure and the dust still gets in.....quite annoying actually.

When they go bad they usually get stuck in non-recirculate mode, you can see the flap if you drop your glove box about 120 degrees.

My truck has been in warranty up and until now, now I only have the warranty on the service+part that were done in the last year, this recirc was done about 3 months ago, so we'll see if the next one lasts.

Supposedly the job is a 10 hour job, I'm guessing the guy that did mine has got it down to about 1/4 of the amount of time it actually takes.
Trying someone else this time though.

If it goes again w/o warranty I WILL be installing a manual lever
