While mudding the plate came off, turns out the front screws are held with the aluminum plate while the back of the plate is only held through plastic clips, had to use a a screw & bold to secure it back in place.

If you go wheeling, it's better to do it beforehand rather than face the same situation.

Yeah, something is whack with that deal! The ones I looked at on the lot... that was all bolted down no plastic crap underneath.

Well this is a European Spec H3. dunno why they had it in Plastic clips I had to get it up in this position to fix it

Another thing I discovered while mudding, the back door was covered with mud, when the mud dried, the door latch kind of became hard, so when you close the door the latch doesnt grip, have no pics of it, but I have it on video.

Are you talking about the U-nut? I have bolts holding mine in. Two in the front, two at the place where the front meets the back one, and two at the very back holding the back plate.
