Except for the current list of options (black, white, pewter, slate blue, yellow, desert sand, maroon, pacific blue) and the Victory Red, were any other colors offered?

Oops, I knew about the orange, but forgot to type that one in.
Funny thing is, I don't think that I've ever seen a desert sand H2 in person.
