Hello, I just tried to have my local car stereo shop install the Metro Axxess Ipod interface and they're telling me it can't be done??? I've seen others on the forum with this interface so I'm frustrated beyond belief. I have an '05 with the TNR screen. I did have them install a NAV TV unit which is running off of my XM port. (I think it should be hooked up to a different input?) DVD's play flawlessly and I haven't had any problems up till now. I bought the interface unit from JP Customs and I selected the option "I do have XM" and I'm wondering if maybe I should have selected "I don't have XM" as this port is being used??? The part number I selected is GMIP-01. If this can be installed any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
