I'm thinking they'll be too wide and rub pretty bad. The stockers are 7.5" wide w/ 5" backspacing IIRC. You should probably look at 8" or 9" rims.

I could be wrong about the stock specs though.

I know on the 8" rims the BS is usually 4.5". So I guess with the 9" rim, 4" BS might be okay.

Which tires are you getting?

well i called 4 wheel parts and told them that i was looking for some steel rims, told them i was looking for a 16 and they said these would fit

16x8 Size 6x5.5 Bolt Pattern 4.25" backspacing

what do you think? will these work, i thinking about just buying one and testing it out. hell, its only 74.99 a wheel.

this is what they look like,

http://www.4wheelparts.com/4wp/products/productLine.asp...ame=WHEELS&man=TECH#

reason im looking at these, is because a friend of mine has some super swampers lying around and they are 35's.

Should work. The tires are gonna stick out a bit. Hope you don't mind mud on your door handles.

And of course, you know you are required by Elcova law to post pics once they're mounted.

Most of the tire sites will show a minimum rim width in the specs.
