I still can believe it. I put some of my peeps together as I prepare them for a six week hiberation so they are perfect eating.
Then, look what happened:

I am a pro at this. It was not a knife. Proper aging gets them to the point where they break clean. Don't worry about it Alec. It was a classic rookie mistake.
