If your an 05 or earlier ther were problems with the side mirrors. There is a TSB on it. Dealers changed out mirrors for the 06 model mirrors. the rear view I'm not sure about.

Out of 2003 owners manual.

Electrochromic Mirror Operation

The electrochromic (self-dimming) mirror function is
turned on automatically each time the ignition is started.
To operate the electrochromic mirror do the following:
1. Make sure the green indicator light, located to the
left of the COMP button, is lit. If it’s not, press and
hold the TEMP button for six seconds until the
green light comes on, indicating that the mirror is
in electrochromic (self-dimming) mode.
2. Turn off the electrochromic mirror function by
pressing and holding the TEMP button for six
seconds until the green indicator light turns off.

Sounds like the short to voltage permanent damage. The inside mirror and the drivers mirror both do not work.

Thanks for your help

Had my mechanic check it out yesterday the power us all there. I will have to take it to a Hummer dealer to have them hook it up to a tech 2 scanner to see if its the module or to see if I need a new mirror.
