Guys,

I have 18K miles on my 03 H1 and was interested in any maintenance tips you could provide. I love this monster.

I have a significantly older and higher milage truck but, as you've probably heard, the steering and suspension is always a problem. Be sure to grease everything every oil change to try to prolong the life of these parts. Keep a close eye on wear of all these parts in order to keep from ruining those expensive tires. Other than that I just stick to the usual maintanance stuff.

Hey Winnecone,
Shoot me an email @ ssgharkness020147@yahoo.com
I'll tell you what to do, where you can get the fluids/parts (you may need), and where to get it serviced if you do not have a good shop.

Grease, grease, grease - find all the grease fittings and keep them well-fed. Also, each time you are under the truck, check the halfshaft bolts to make sure they aren't backing out on you.

Other than that, typical schedule of fluid changes and filters, and you should have a happy monster!
