Default climate control knob

Hi guys,
i am new here, i need your help, the climate control knob is on the max cold and the air coming out is ok (cold) , then by just rotating the knob clockwise by one step to get less cold air the air becomes so hot as if i am putting the climate to max heat. I also noticed that at night this knob doesnt light like before, but the small horizontal led in the knob is ok its lit when the ac is on.

Plz advise.
Thanks

Default Re: climate control knob

Left knob full counter-clockwise (cold) push in make sure light is on...thats coldest but bringing in outside air...

Center knob fan speed...if you want it colder push in center of center knob for that light to come on...that re-circulates cold air to make it colder...

BUT if you live in a humid climate don't push center knob in (for a long time) to light the light as after a while it re-circulates a wet musty smell altho it is colder...every H-3 I have been in has this problem (gotta be a desigh problem) in Miami its not a problem (the smell) in the winter, (4 days in Feb) LOL

What i am trying to say is that, the climate control was working fine and very good, then suddenly left knob was not working properly, when this left knob is at max cold the air coming is cold , but when i just rotate it just one step clockwise to get less colder air, the air becomes sooooo hot as if it is in max hot. Also this led showing snow sign is not lit at night ( the whole knob not lighting) only the small horizontal orange led is on.

need your help plz

thx

Sounds like there is a malfunction in the knob. Take it to the dealer and have fixed under warranty.
