Default any pix of beadlocks or rockcrawler wheels?

I like the rugged functional look of beadlocks and steel wheels, will these work on the H3?

Is anyone running something like these with pix? thanks, Bill

Hell yeah they will work, well with the right lug pattern of course. Cheap, solid rim too. You just need to get at least a 16" rim, or make sure to measure clearence of brakes first. 15" will not work. I dont think a lot of guys or gals are running beadies on their H3s because they aren't street legal and most of us daily drive ours. They look and work great though! I am always looking online for a set of used beadies to run on the trails only.

got sand, awesome "no-bling" H3 you have there! I like my white H3, but it excludes a lot of blacking out or you end up with a cop car! I don't want to "bling" mine out as it is a daily driver to off road rig sites. The wheel pic in my post is not a true bead lock and is available in 16". I was concerned about too much offset causing damage to the bearings.

Too little backspacing will eventualy wear out bearings.. Im running a 4.25" BS right now and have about 30K miles using these wheels..So far everything is good. Kinda hard to say how long the bearing will last.. Just do it!!!

In keeping with the no-bling theme I added this $10 eBay brushguard and leftover mudflaps to my rig this week:

(I'm going to sell off the chrome nerf bars and get black Rocky Road rails.)

GotSandH3 - was that your rig at Silicon Valley Hummer today (Thursday), if so really stands out with all that black.

I was picking up my H3 with new power steering pump at 4:30pm

Ya that was me.... I saw you then inside picking up your ride.... I was the young guy in all blue sitting next to my girlfriend.... My milage is almost up so I took it in with a bunch of fake complaints... Cylinder head ticking in AM, growning noise coming from rear axle and clutch smells like its burning when going up hills.... Hopefully they change all that stuff out.

Good luck with the stuff. I'm going to start my rig this morning and see if the power steering pump still schreechs like a stuck pig.

It was a used, scratched unit from stallioncustoms.com. They wanted to get rid of it when I found it on eBay with 30min left. I paid $10 + $80 shipping and after some light sanding and satin black Rustoleum, it was like new...
