After the fifth time taking my 2003 H2 to the dealer for water leaking into the car under the carpet, it seems like they fixed the leak.
Since it hasn't rained in L.A. after that fifth visit, I'm not sure if the leak is gone or not. How can I check for a leak? Is a pressure washer necessary?

I have a Better Business Bureau arbitration hearing scheduled for June 1st, and I want to know if the leak is still there or not.

I would suggest using a garden sprinkler head hanging from a high point(second floor window) that way you can watch the drainage patterns on the roof to see where its pooling and creeping in.

I had a hose on top of mine, and put it through the roof rack and then let it run for an hour...I found the damn leak that way. But I would try something like that.

The brushless automatic car washes (with the arch that moves forward and back over your truck) shoot water at pretty high pressure. It's normal for a few drops to leak in through the sunroof with that much pressure. But it sounds like your leak is probably at the grommet(s) on your A pillar(s) under a front, side marker light. This is especially likely if you have roof lights, a CB or anything running wires through the A pillar, but could be the problem regardless. There are extensive threads on this site you can search regarding these leaks. So any of the techniques mentioned, or anything else that would run a high volume of water over your truck in a short period of time should suffice.
