Does anyone have instructions or better yet a diagram on how to remove the front interior door panels? Wanting to do this to solve rattles and possibly replace speakers. Thanks in advance!

All GM cars/trucks are like puzzles. ALL of the plastic pieces have snaps it is just a matter of taking it off piece by piece. I watched when my satellite radio was installed and it was rather fascinating. It literally is a puzzle and everything snaps. Just start feeling around and you will see where each piece is connected. There may be a couple of screws but know that none of them are really hidden like a European car. Us amercicans tend to show the bolts proudly. GOOD LUCK!

Interior doors panels are held in place by pressure clips. Start at the bottom by placing a thin straight screwdrive between the panel and the door frame. Slide the screwdriver up into the panel and then slide the screwdriver left or right, it does matter which way. The screwdriver will run into a clip. Stick another thin screwdriver up insidethe panel on the otherside of the clip. Now pry both screwdrivers up and the clip will pop. Keep doing this along the bottom and sides of the panel. There is a screw by the door handel. After the panel is loose the top will slide straight up. The top of the panel is hooked to the top of the door frame. You then unplug all the electrical connections.

I have not taken my door panels off yet, but have taken many other panels off of other cars. I wnet to the garage and took a cursory look at the door panel. It looks like there might be a small panel on the door panel around the door handel. If you look at the back edge (opposite of the end that the screw is in) of this small panel, it looks like there is a pry indentation built into the door panel.

I got in real good with my service guy and the mechanic that works on my ride, and he showed me all the ins and outs of trying to work on it myself...
