Default I think I broke it :(

seriously I set a light for the traction control and abs lights. couldn't clear them with my code reader. what is the deal?

Could be something wrong but could be a glitch. Unhook the battery for a few minutes and see if it resets.

The other thing is and someone may correct me if I'm wrong but if the abs light came on, you may need to drive the truck to let the ecm recalibrate itself as far as the brakes/traction control are concerned.

This is a repetitive thread. check your wheel speed sensors on your hubs

Most code readers will not clear chassis or body codes, just powertrain codes. Should have it scanned with a scanner that can read abs codes and go from there

well it went off on its own, I figure it was based on key cycles. anyways I had been hot dogging it in the back yard in about 12" of snow and when I got on the hill to come back to the driveway it was spinning pretty good. anyways I hit the brakes to stop and it went nuts. set the lights and quit working. I backed up and hit the hill again and went up.
