I can't seem to find the thread on the Fram Sure Drain for the H2. The auto places carry some here in Omaha, but they can't tell for sure, by either computer/catalog, if it applys to the H2 or not.

Their website doesn't list a part number for the H2 or any other Chevy truck with the 6.0. They might not have one available yet. I would try to call Fram and verify this though.

FYI:

Here is that e-mail.

Thank you for your e-mail regarding a Fram Sure Drain plug for your 2003
Hummer H2, V8-6.0L. We welcome the opportunity
to be of service.

According to our data, we don't have a recommended Sure Drain plug for
the 2003 Hummer H2 with the V8-6.0L engine. We
are currently working on updating product information for those vehicles
we do not have yet available.

If you choose to determine the adaptability of the Fram Sure Drain to
your 2003 H2, you will need to consider the
following criteria. You will need to determine the thread size and
pitch of your oil drain plug. You will also need to
determine if the copper drain plug gasket that is provided with the Sure
Drain oil plug will provide an appropriate seal
against the oil pan. You will also need to verify that the Sure Drain
oil drain plug has appropriate clearance and does
not cause any functional/operational interference.

The Fram Sure Drain is currently available in 5 sizes. Listed below are
the part numbers and corresponding thread
sizes:

SD1 = 1/2" X 20
SD2 = 14mm X 1.5
SD3 = 12mm X 1.25
SD4 = 12mm X 1.75
SD5 = 18mm X 1.5

Thank you for choosing Fram Products.

Cordially,

Joslyn Summers

Fram SureDrain SD-4 is now available
Here is the recent response I received. I purchased 1 at a Kragen Auto Parts last night, under $20.00.
