Default Member advice on tire/wheel combo

Okay, all of the parts are here for my mini lift kit - Cognita UCA's, Bilsteins, Keys, Rear coil spacers, front endlinks - and I'll be installing it this weekend. Now I need to decide on wheels and tires. I've kicked around several options and would like to hear some opinions before I pick one of them.

Option 1 = Keep stock wheels, add 37x12.5x17 tires
Pros = Only buying tires, cost around $1,700 for 5; can paint stockers black
Cons = rubbing at full lock, still on stock wheels

Option 2 = ATX Thug Teflon coated wheels in 17x8.5 (+15 or -6 offset) with 37x12.5x17 tires (I had Teflon Fuels on my last truck and they were great wheels)
Pros = easy to clean wheels, wheels pushed out a bit and should avoid rubbing
Cons = 5 wheels and tires cost $2,600

Option 3 = H1 take-offs
Pros = cheap ($1,200) for tires and wheels
Cons = Heavy, availability may be limited for 16.5 tires down the road

A lot of the tires are around the same price, so I am looking at Hankook MT's, Cooper STT's, BFG AT KO's, Toyo's, and Nitto's - all in 37x12.5 (except the Toyo's which are 13.5 wide).

I'd really like to get the Rock Monster Beadlocks for wheels, but at $400 a pop it brings my total up to $3,600.

Another option is to ditch the spare. My '01 BMW M Coupe (now sold) didn't have one and my '13 Boss 302 doesn't have one either. But with my luck, I would get a flat simply because I chose not to carry one.

My Sport Luxury Utility Truck (SLUT) is a mostly daily driver that will see mild offroad work for hunting, camping, and 4x4 trips.

I appreciate the advice and opinions.

the H1 wheels are awesome and a full setup is dirt cheap. However price some retail 16.5 tires and you'll be blown away at the price! I never pulled the trigger on them because my worry is the surplus tires all being bought then having to spend nearly $3k for just rubber..

Option 1 with the BFG AT KO tires. Both will serve you well and unless you off road a lot the occassional rub won't matter.
