Went to dealership purchased corsa exhaust (touring edition) with the pro tips took it bach home yesterday to have a friend that owns a custom/muffler shop. they took the old one off with ease, then proceded to install the corsa. they were getting ready to take it off the lift when my friend said " looks like its going to hit the bumper and rattle the exhaust tip" so he took a torch and heated the back bracket to bend it down to clear the rear end when he heated the bracket a piece of hot metal came off and landed on the air line to the suspension burnt a hole in it and "whoosh" the rear end came down. so be carefull if you have air suspension (the line are very thin and not a standard size FIGURES.)

I had my Corsa Sport system installed Yesterday. Took less then 45min. He didn't have to bend anything..System fit beautifully.. I hope the muffler shop paid for their error.

I agree, I don't see any need that any modifications should have to be done to the Corsa exhausts. They are designed to fit perfectly -- and I mean, perfectly.

There is no such thing as an M5 540i.

Did you put M5 wheels and badges on a 540i?

I'm in need of a good chuckle; could you post some photos of your Escalade?

I'll do my best to be there if I'm back in Austin by then. There's a chance I might stay in Italy for a while but that all depends on my employment situation. I'll have to let you guys know closer to the event.

I had a blast last time at The Den and I would love to do it again. I would like to do another Katemcy trip too. That place was baddass and not much farther away than San Antonio.

How does the Corsa tourign sound on the H2? I had one on my Vette and it sounded like a boat. Any power or mileage increases?
Thanks,
JOe

Hey TNTitan,

I got the Corsa Touring installed on my truck and had no problems..It took them half and hour with no bending and I witnessed it all myself.....It really makes a difference!

Where the installer thought there might be a problem was the tips were touching the black apron that runns along the bottom of the bumper , maybe my hangers were made on Friday or Monday at the Corsa production line but,It was an easy fix for them just a minor inconvience for me, GM sent the plastic $ 2.00 line the next day the shop picked it up installed and delivered my vehicle to my house by Lunch time. I love the sound its not to loud but not as loud as the Banks on the Diesel Truck. I'm very satisified and would recommend the exhaust for anyone. Hey beast sharp looking Hummer and advice on programmer, and air filter.

That motorboat sound comes from the H-Pipe on the Vette, not the Corsa exhaust. Replace the H-pipe with the X-pipe and no more boat or popping.

hey CRUZMISL the sound of touring exhaust is mellow from idle to about 2800rpm then at about 3000rpm it starts to get loud at cruise speed it not loud at all it purrs right along but the instant you hit the throttle you get that loud burly sound . If you want the louder sound throughout the rpm the sport is for you.
