Russia stakes thier claim on North Pole
In a bold political move. With socio economic ramifications the former USSR has staked claim to the North Pole. With hopes for Oil and Gas rights. And of course Nuclear warheaded submarines to back it up.
While on the hill both houses are worried about horny caribou and a few elevated pipes. Al Gore where are you when we really need you?
