"WHATCHU MEAN I CAN'T HIT A POLEECE MAN WIFF MY CELL PHONE??? DON'TCHU KNOW WHO I BE?!!!"
Yeah... a racist bitch that blamed her last loss on the J...E...W...S.
McKinney Case Goes to Federal Prosecutor
The U.S. Capitol Police on Monday submitted their case against Rep. Cynthia McKinney to the U.S. Attorney's office, which will consider whether the Georgia congresswoman will face charges for tangling with a law enforcement officer last week.
"We are working with Capitol Hill police to fully understand and appreciate the incident," principal assistant U.S. Attorney Channing Phillips told The Associated Press in a telephone interview.
Citing the ongoing investigation, he declined to say whether the referral included a recommended charge against the six-term Democrat or when a warrant for her arrest might be issued.
McKinney spokesman Coz Carson acknowledged the investigation.
"We're aware that the wheels are turning in Washington," Carson said. "We have no control over what they decide to do. We will make the appropriate statement and take the appropriate action once we know where they're going."
For her part, McKinney said she expects to represent her suburban Atlanta district for many years.
"Rest assured, I am doing the work they sent me to Washington to do. Nothing is going to keep me away from my responsibilities," McKinney told a crowd of supporters in Atlanta Monday.
McKinney, 51, scuffled with a police officer on March 29 when she entered a House office building without her identifying lapel pin and did not stop when asked. Several police sources said the officer, who was not identified, asked her three times to stop. When she kept going, he placed a hand somewhere on her and she hit him, according to the officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
McKinney issued a statement of regret for the incident, but no apology. At a press conference Friday, she and her lawyers declared that she was a victim of inappropriate touching and racism and said they were considering pursuing civil action against the officer.
Black clergy and lawmakers came the defense of the firebrand congresswoman on Monday. McKinney smiled as her supporters heaped praise on her leadership and her new look _ her trademark cornrows replaced earlier this year by a curly brown afro.
Her supporters tried to minimize the incident _ which they called political, not criminal _ but they also suggested it was an example of racial profiling. They called publicity surrounding the episode a distraction that is being used by "her enemies" to keep the congresswoman from performing her elected duties.
Immediately after the news conference, McKinney was ushered out of the building and into a black SUV, smiling and keeping silent when reporters questioned her.
The Rev. Reverend Darrell D. Elligan, president of Concerned Black Clergy, called McKinney competent, courageous and committed.
"She has our support unconditionally," Elligan said. "She is not a threat to the security of our country."

<H3 class=post-title>Cynthia McKinney: Victim of being in Congress while black
</H3>
<DIV class=post-body>
<DIV>
<DIV style="CLEAR: both"></DIV>Could it be that one of my fondest wishes is
about to come true? According to the Al Jazeera-Constitution (er, excuse me, the
Atlanta Journal-Constitution -- can't imagine how I made that mistake),
Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney may be arrested soon for her part in a recent
incident during which she allegedly struck a Capitol Police officer who tried to
stop her from going around a security checkpoint.
This has especial
relish for me since I am one of her many long-suffering constituents, which is
to say, a resident of her Congressional district who isn't among the
brain-damaged minions who actually voted for this crazy woman.
But first
things first. McKinney is said to have hit a Capitol Police officer in the chest
when he stopped her from entering the building without going through a metal
detector. As usual, and ever thumbing her nose at authority, she wasn't wearing
a lapel pin identifying her as a House member. For most of her colleagues that's
not too big a concession to make to "the Man" in exchange for a little security.
But then most of her colleagues aren't hopeless racial victimhood addicts whose
perception of "the Man" involves white robes and pointed
hoods.
McKinney's lawyer, James Myart Jr., whose every word was as
predictable as the movements of the stars in the firmament, said this: "Ms.
McKinney is just a victim of being in Congress while black."
I don't want
to say that strains credulity, but if black folks are really being mistreated
for "being in Congress while black," then one would expect to see members of the
Congressional Black Caucus getting gang-tackled on a regular basis by racist
security officers. Funny thing is, I haven't heard about any complaints from any
of them.
"Congresswoman McKinney," Myart said further, " in a hurry, was
essentially chased and grabbed by the officer. She reacted instinctively in an
effort to defend herself."
The problem with McKinney "reacting
instinctively" is that the Congresswoman is a walking, talking bundle of racial
paranoia and emotional pathologies on an interminable hunt for any excuse to
accuse someone of racism. For such a person to react instinctively is rife with
ugly possibilities.
So ate up with this malady is she that she once said
that "Al Gore's Negro tolerance level has never been too high. I've never seen
him around more than one at a time." I don't know what the context was, but is
it even possible there could have been one such that the statement was anything
other than crazy?
One can only imagine what important business she was in
such a rush to get to when security stopped her. Here's a couple of examples of
the kinds of urgent matters she's dealt with for the American people in the last
year or so:
1.) She chaired a Congressional hearing last year "on whether
the Bush administration was involved in the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11,
2001."
2.) Introduced into the House of Representatives the Tupac Shakur
Records Release Act of 2006 "for the purpose of fully informing the American
people about the history surrounding the life and death of [gangster rapper]
Tupac Amaru Shakur."
In addition, she has long been known for things like
advocating for disastrous Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe, cozying up with and
receiving campaign donations from all kinds of terrorist sympathizers, favoring
Palestinians over Israelis and for having a blatantly anti-Semitic father in the
Georgia State Legislature whose prejudices may have rubbed off on her.
If
anybody's a victim, it's her rational constituents who didn't vote for her and
are sick and tired of being embarrassed by this wack job who is an utter
disgrace to the Congress, the country and the human race.</DIV></DIV></DIV></table>

Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi on Thursday labeled it "a mistake, an unfortunate lack of recognition of a member of Congress." She added that the police officer was not at fault.
"I would not make a big deal of this," said Pelosi, D-Calif.
Ron Bonjean, spokesman for House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., responded: "How many officers would have to be punched before it becomes a big deal?"

But I seem to remember her pissing & moaning about how the LIEBERALS chose to misinterpret what Senator Lott said. That filthy bitch!!!

Too bad the Capitol won't ever publish security video, but I am sure the US Attorney has already seen it.

Uh oh, witnesses are being interviewed and one said, "she aggressively struck the officer."
The police chief is retiring and doesn't have to deal with the politics so he can make any recommendation he wants to the US Attorney.
Also, her office is now admitting that something happened.

Holy Vanessa Cosby gone wild!
That pic is perfect. I really don't want to get pissed off again- she should have been pinned down and hauled off in cuffs.

Its getting ridiculous around here. Whites are moving back to the city and blacks are getting pissed. The whole race thing is so ridiculous to me but its a reality every day here in the ATL. Some are calling it the reverse white flight. Tensions are high.
It is embarrasing to be in her district.
