Default Gremlins Strike Again (front / rear wiper pump)

Hey all,
Well if you are in the deep south, you know we are getting a wet christmas.
I decide to go out tonight and flip on the rear wiper. Within a few minutes there appears to be a ton of water coming off the wiper blade, though not so much off the front. I realize it is actually the rear window fluid pump was stuck on. I switch the wiper off, I pushed the button in, I even tried to toggle between the front and rear pumps (if there is a front and rear pump).... nothing worked. I turned the rig off and the minute I keyed it back up.... the pump kicked in. I finally pulled the fuse since at this point the reservoir was dry and it was just spinning air.

So here I am.... trying to figure out what is going on with my rig.
The fronts dont work. I turn the stalk and I dont even hear the pump spinning. And now the rear is caught in a loop to pump the minute it gets power.

Any help would be great
Thanks

1 pump, 2 motors.

Also, pull the relay and check it out for proper function with a meter.

If you remove the front windshield cown trim to access the front wiper motor and power up the truck(key on) so rear washer is spraying on its own. Tap on the front wiper motor cover with a rubber mallet(not too hard, don't break it) and the washer then stops one of these two recalls may apply 08243 between vin numbers 3H115778 and 3H142067
or this one 02051 between vin numbers 3H108481 and 3H113533
Power runs through the front wiper motor then to the rear one for washer operation
