Parrot CK3100 install

After getting a Parrot CK3100 Handfree kit from work which had been ripped out of one of our old vans. I decided that I should really have a handsfree kit in the truck

Basically I ended up with possibly the two world's worst documented pieces of electronics to integrate.

However all sorted now.

If you have the relay box chop it off - no need - you just need the blue box and connections to it. This will integrate straight into radio with no issues.

For a stock 2004 H2 radio with no Onstar the pin connections are........

Blue Wire - Mute - Pin A on the smaller connection block - This will drop to 0 volts when a call is being made and on the radio display it will say "Phone" mute the radio or pause the CD. (Or switch the radio on if it is off)

Brown and Green wires - Line level audio signal - Pins L and M on the small connector block.

Power - Red (constant 12v) Orange (switched 12v) and Black (0v) I was just lazy and tapped the connections at the back of the radio as I was already there.

B1 - Red - Constant 12v
B2 - Orange - Switched 12v
A12 - Black - 0volts

All these connections in my case were a hell of a lot easier because I have an input expander on my radio to give me 2 Auxiliaries inputs.
