Anyone know where the fuses are for the rear in-seat heaters? I looked at the fuses under the hood and don't see one for the rear seats.

It is in the driver side of the dash, see page 6-60 of the owner's manual.

According to the service manual, 2 fuses are involved in the operation of the rear heated seats:

IGN 3 10A Fuse

SEO B1 15A Fuse

Thank you guys for the help. It was the SEO B1 fuse. This also fixed my Homelink, which had stop working.
